1. Under the contract for design and survey work, the contractor (designer, surveyor) undertakes to develop design estimates and (or) perform survey work on behalf of the customer, and the customer undertakes to accept and pay for them.

2. Unless otherwise provided by legislative acts or the contract for design and (or) survey work, the risk of accidental impossibility of execution of the contract for design and survey work lies with the customer.
