Article 14-1. Support of trade activities by local executive bodies of the region, the city of republican significance, the capital, the district, the city of regional significance The Law on the Regulation of Trading Activities

1. The support of trade activities by local executive bodies of the region, the city of republican significance, the capital, the district, the city of regional significance is carried out through the implementation of the following measures:

1) development and implementation of investment projects aimed at the development of trade infrastructure;

2) development and improvement of the system of professional training, retraining and advanced training of trade workers, formation of the labor market on a professional basis;

3) the application of economic incentive measures for domestic trade entities, including those trading in food products of Kazakhstani origin;

4) the development of electronic commerce;

5) development of cross-border trade;

6) development of domestic retail chains;

7) stimulating the business activity of subjects of domestic trade by organizing and holding exhibitions in the field of trade activities, fairs.

2. Measures aimed at the development of domestic trade are developed taking into account the minimum standards approved by the authorized body for the provision of retail space to the population.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 12, 2004 No. 544.

This Law regulates public relations in the sphere of trade activity, establishes the principles and organizational bases of its state regulation.
