On some issues of the Board of Directors of the Joint-Stock Company Life Insurance Company State Annuity Company

Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 25, 2026 No. 547

 In accordance with subparagraph 4) of Article 8 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

     1. The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ensure the election of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yertaev Askarbek Maratovich to the Board of Directors of the Joint-stock company Life Insurance Company State Annuity Company.

     2. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of its signing.
