On measures for further scientific and technological development of the Republic of Kazakhstan

    In order to create favorable conditions for the effective scientific and technological development of the state, I DECREE:

    1. To the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the procedure established by law:

    1) to create a joint-stock company "National Scientific and Technological Holding "Samgau" (hereinafter - JSC "National Holding "Samgau");

    2) provide within two weeks:

    approval of the memorandum on the basic principles of the activities of JSC National Holding Samgau;

    approval of the list of legal entities, the state blocks of shares (participation shares) of which will be transferred to pay for the authorized capital of JSC National Holding Samgau;

    3) ensure that appropriate amendments and additions are made to regulatory legal acts within one month.;

    4) take other measures resulting from this Decree.

    2. Control over the implementation of this Decree is entrusted to the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

    3. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
