    I DECREE:

    1. To approve the attached draft Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan on the area of the junction point of the state borders of the three States.

    2. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kairat Kudaibergenovich Abdrakhmanov, signed on behalf of the Republic of Kazakhstan an agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan on the area of the junction point of the state borders of the three states with annexes 1 and 2 (Annex 2 is secret), authorizing amendments and additions that are not of a fundamental nature.

     3. This Decree comes into effect from the date of signing.
