About changes in the administrative-territorial structure of the Akmola region

     Republic of Kazakhstan

     In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 8, 1993 "On the Administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan", I DECREE:

     1. To move the administrative center of the Tselinograd district of the Akmola region from the village of Koktal in Astana to the village of Malinovka in the Malinovsky rural district of the Tselinograd district.

     2. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan must take the necessary measures to implement paragraph 1 of this Decree by April 1, 2007.

     3. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
