In your proceedings, there is a writ of execution issued by the Ekibastuz City Court of the Pavlodar region, according to which enforcement proceedings have been initiated to recover _____________________ in favor of JSC "_____________________" the amount of debt under bank loan agreements in the amount of 892,364 tenge, as well as court costs for the payment of state duty in the amount of 26,771 tenge, totaling 919,135 tenge. Having disagreed with the decision of the Ekibastuz city Court of the Pavlodar region, we filed an application for the cancellation of the court's decision.

I ask you to:
To terminate the enforcement proceedings initiated on the basis of a writ of execution issued by the Ekibastuz City Court of the Pavlodar region on recovery from _____________________ in favor of JSC "_____________________" the amount of debt under bank loan agreements in the amount of 892,364 tenge, as well as court costs for the payment of state duty in the amount of 26,771 tenge, totaling 919,135 tenge;
To remove all previously imposed encumbrances (from movable immovable property, a ban on leaving the Republic of Kazakhstan, from accounts in Tier 2 Banks, and also to stop collecting 50% of wages) on enforcement proceedings;
To respond to the application within the time limits prescribed by law
