Қылмыстық жаза қолданылатын іс-әрекет белгілері болмаған кезде су айдындарында қауiпсiздiк қағидаларының сақталуына жауапты тұлғаның оларды бұзуы немесе орындамауы –
жеке тұлғаларға – жеті, лауазымды адамдарға, шағын кәсіпкерлік субъектілеріне – он, орта кәсіпкерлік субъектілеріне – жиырма, iрi кәсiпкерлiк субъектiлерiне алпыс айлық есептік көрсеткіш мөлшерiнде айыппұл салуға әкеп соғады.
Article 412. Violation or non-compliance with the rules of safety in reservoirs of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses
Violation or non-fulfillment of safety rules in reservoirs committed by a person responsible for their observance in the absence of signs of a criminal offense, –
entails a fine for individuals in the amount of seven, for officials, small business entities – in the amount of ten, for medium–sized businesses – in the amount of twenty, for large businesses - in the amount of sixty monthly calculation indices.
