Civil courts of first instance are local judicial authorities, and they are located in districts or cities that are engaged in the reception of primary statements of claim, evidence of the parties and in court sessions consider primary judicial disputes and, based on the results of the consideration, make decisions on civil legal cases.
Often considered cases in the courts of first instance are: civil law disputes between legal entities and individuals, disputes on microloans, credit obligations, debt collection between individuals, divorce proceedings, division of property, recovery of alimony obligations, land disputes and much more.
The trial of a district court is presided over by one judge, who examines the evidence and assumptions of the parties, hears the arguments of the parties and makes decisions that are lawful and binding on all parties to the case.
Courts also have the right to use audio and video recording of the court session in accordance with the requirements, if necessary. The court has the right to collect evidence on its own initiative if it is difficult or impossible for the parties to obtain evidence to the judge.
