On measures to further enhance the competitiveness of the national economy within the framework of the industrial and innovation policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     In order to improve the system of public administration in the field of industrial and innovative development and create favorable conditions for ensuring economic growth of the state, I DECREE:

     1. To the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the procedure established by law:

     1) to establish a joint-stock company "Kazyna Sustainable Development Fund" (hereinafter - Kazyna JSC);

     2) provide approval within one month:

     Memorandum of Understanding on the basic principles of Kazyna JSC's activities;

     the list of legal entities with state participation, the state blocks of shares (participation shares) of which will be transferred to pay for the authorized capital of Kazyna JSC;

     3) ensure that appropriate amendments and additions are made to regulatory legal acts within three months.;

     4) take other measures resulting from this Decree.

     The footnote. Paragraph 1 was amended by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 22, 2006 No. 137.

     2. Control over the implementation of this Decree is entrusted to the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     3. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
