Definition of the concept of an official document
An official document is a document created by an individual or a legal entity and executed in accordance with the requirements established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It is certified in a manner that gives it legal force and allows it to be used in legal relations.
Paragraph 28-1 of Article 3 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan defines the concept of an "official document" as a document created by an individual or legal entity, which is executed and certified in accordance with the procedure established by law. This means that an official document must comply with a number of requirements established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan in order to be legally binding and recognized as such in legal relations.
