Article 24-4. Safety requirements for the use of veterinary drugs, feed and feed additives of the Law on Veterinary Medicine of the Law on Veterinary Medicine
1. When using veterinary drugs, feeds and feed additives, the requirements of their application technology must be taken into account in accordance with technical regulations, legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of veterinary medicine, international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan and acts constituting the law of the Eurasian Economic Union.
2. The residues of substances or components of veterinary drugs in products obtained from animals for which they were used should not exceed the standards established by technical regulations, legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of veterinary medicine, international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan and acts constituting the law of the Eurasian Economic Union.
3. It is not allowed to use veterinary drugs, feed or feed additives that have expired.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 10, 2002 No. 339.
This Law defines the legal, organizational and economic basis for carrying out activities in the field of veterinary medicine and is aimed at ensuring veterinary and sanitary safety.
