Article 28. Republican stock of veterinary drugs of the Law On Veterinary Medicine
1. The republican stock of veterinary drugs is a certain volume of constantly updated veterinary drugs used in the elimination of epizootic foci and the prevention of the threat of the spread of particularly dangerous animal diseases included in the list approved by the authorized body.
2. The national stock of veterinary drugs is created from the volume of veterinary drugs purchased under budget programs. The reserve standard for the types of veterinary drugs is established by the authorized body.
3. The procedure for the formation and use of the republican stock of veterinary drugs is determined by the authorized body.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 10, 2002 No. 339.
This Law defines the legal, organizational and economic basis for carrying out activities in the field of veterinary medicine and is aimed at ensuring veterinary and sanitary safety.
