Article 37. The procedure for the enactment of this Law The Law on Veterinary Medicine

     1. This Law shall enter into force from the date of its official publication.  

     2. To invalidate the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which has the force of Law, dated July 25, 1995, No. 2376 "On Veterinary Medicine" (Bulletin of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1995, No. 14, Article 94; Bulletin of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1998, No. 17-18, Article 225; No. 24, Article 443; 1999 G., No. 23, art. 931).  

 

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 10, 2002 No. 339.

This Law defines the legal, organizational and economic basis for carrying out activities in the field of veterinary medicine and is aimed at ensuring veterinary and sanitary safety.
