Article 30. Seizure, destruction, neutralization (disinfection) and recycling of relocated (transported) objects of the Veterinary Law
1. Animals, products and raw materials of animal origin that pose a danger to animal and human health, depending on the degree of their danger, are subject to mandatory removal and destruction or mandatory neutralization (disinfection) and processing without removal in accordance with the procedure approved by the authorized body.
2. The list of particularly dangerous animal diseases in which mandatory removal and destruction of animals, products and raw materials of animal origin that pose a danger to animal and human health is carried out is approved by the authorized body.
3. The list of animal diseases for which mandatory neutralization (disinfection) and processing are carried out without removal of animals, products and raw materials of animal origin, veterinary drugs, feed and feed additives that pose a danger to animal and human health is approved by the authorized body.
4. Individuals and legal entities are entitled to a refund in accordance with the procedure and on the terms determined by the authorized body.:
1) seized and destroyed sick animals, products and raw materials of animal origin that pose a danger to animal and human health;
2) neutralized (disinfected) and processed without removal of animals, products and raw materials of animal origin that pose a danger to animal and human health.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 10, 2002 No. 339.
This Law defines the legal, organizational and economic basis for carrying out activities in the field of veterinary medicine and is aimed at ensuring veterinary and sanitary safety.
