1. General provisions A person with a higher professional education and at least 1 year of professional experience in the specialty is appointed to the position of Deputy Director for Administrative and Economic Work (hereinafter referred to as Deputy Director). The Deputy director is appointed and dismissed by the director of the enterprise. The deputy director should know: resolutions, orders, orders, other governing and regulatory documents of higher-level and other bodies related to the administrative and economic activities of the company; the procedure for working with government agencies (akimats, BTI, land relations departments, SES, fire protection, customs authorities, Gosstandart, etc.); the procedure for maintaining non-residential and residential premises of the office and warehouse building of the firm "...." LLP, parking and adjacent territories; the procedure and rules for payment for consumed water electricity and other payments from service providers (telephone , etc.) the procedure for registration and conclusion of lease agreements for non-residential premises; regulations and instructions for accounting and writing off material assets; internal regulations of an office building; the order and conditions of operation of technical equipment of an office building; fundamentals of labor organization; fundamentals of labor legislation; fundamentals of ethics; rules of internal labor regulations; rules and regulations of labor protection, rules of industrial sanitation and fire protection.

2. Official duties of the Deputy Director: managing the administrative and economic activities of the LLP firm "....."; working with government agencies (akimats, BTI, land relations departments, SES, fire protection, customs authorities, Gosstandart, etc.); organizes work to ensure comfortable conditions, cleanliness and order in non-residential and residential premises of the office building of the LLP firm "..."; monitors the correctness and timeliness of the registration of lease agreements; provides systematic monitoring of the operation of the life support systems of the office building of the firm "..." LLP (water supply, sewerage, heating, Internet, power grid, communications, elevator, etc.), takes measures to eliminate malfunctions in their work; directs the work of the maintenance staff of the office building of the firm "..." LLP, draws up schedules for going to work, issues and accepts inventory; draws up applications for the provision of the office building of the LLP firm "...." with the necessary property, equipment and inventory, keeps records of the availability of material assets, ensures their safety; organizes work on capital and routine repairs; maintains order and cleanliness of the adjacent territory and parking; carries out, in accordance with the established procedure, penalties from those responsible for damage or destruction of property; monitors the implementation of internal regulations, compliance with sanitary and technical and fire-fighting requirements; keeps records of complaints and suggestions from tenants, eliminates the noted shortcomings; conducts cultural-educational work on compliance with ethical standards, prevention and resolution of conflict situations between tenants and service personnel.

3. Rights The Deputy Director has the right to: submit proposals for improving the activities of the LLP company "....." for consideration by the director; receive information from the heads and specialists of the company's structural divisions necessary for the performance of their official duties; sign documents within their competence; require management to assist in the performance of their official duties.

4. Responsibility The Deputy Director is responsible for: non–fulfillment or improper fulfillment of his duties provided for in these instructions, in accordance with applicable labor legislation; for offenses committed during the period of his activity, in accordance with applicable civil, administrative and criminal legislation; for causing material damage, in accordance with applicable civil law., administrative and criminal legislation.
