Issues of the Congress of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan

The Congress of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan, established by a group of organizations and enterprises of the non-governmental sector of the economy, the Supreme Economic Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the State Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Support of New Economic Structures and Restriction of Monopolistic Activity, aims to revive and protect entrepreneurship, create the most favorable conditions for improving economic efficiency, regardless of ownership forms, and improving the welfare of the population on this basis.
To launch the activities of the Congress of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan as soon as possible
I DECREE:
1. To recognize as appropriate the participation of representatives of the Congress of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan in meetings of the Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its Presidium with the right to make proposals on the issues under discussion and finalize relevant materials.
2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall provide the Congress of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan with the necessary assistance in resolving passport and visa issues.
3. The Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations of the Republic of Kazakhstan should develop and implement specific measures for the broad participation of the Congress of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan and its member business structures in foreign economic activity.
4. The Ministry of Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall provide the Congress of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan and its organizations, upon request, with the necessary means of communication, including international lines.
5. The State Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan for State Property and the Alma Ata City Executive Committee should resolve the issue of office space for the headquarters of the Congress of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan.
6. The State Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan to consider the need of the Congress of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan for soft and hard equipment, office equipment, audiovisual equipment and other necessary equipment, as well as building materials, to ensure their allocation in the 1st quarter of 1992.
7. To take into account that: to solve the statutory tasks of the Congress of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan, the Central Fund of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan and the Kazakhstan Business Center, regional structures in the republic and foreign representative offices are being created;
The participation of government officials in the activities of the Congress of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan excludes them from receiving financial remuneration in any form.
8. The Alma Ata City Executive Committee should ensure, in accordance with the established procedure, the allocation of land for the construction of the Kazakhstan Business Center.President of the Republic of Kazakhstan
