About some issues of the Limited Liability Partnership "Kazakh Scientific Research Institute of Culture"
Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 22, 2026 No. 539
In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 166 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Property", the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Transfer to the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the rights of ownership and use of the state share of the limited Liability Partnership "Kazakh Scientific Research Institute of Culture" in the amount of 100 (one hundred) percent.
2. The State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, take the necessary measures to implement this resolution.
3. To approve the attached amendments and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of its signing.

Amendments and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. In the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 12, 1999 No. 405 "On types of State ownership of state blocks of shares and state shares in organizations":
in the list of joint-stock companies and business partnerships, the state blocks of shares and shares of which remain in republican ownership, approved by the said resolution:
The section "Almaty" should be supplemented with a line, serial number 123-164, as follows:

2. In the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 27, 1999 No. 659 "On the transfer of rights to own and use State blocks of shares and State shares in organizations owned by the Republic":
in the list of state blocks of shares and state participation shares in republican-owned organizations, the right of ownership and use of which is transferred to line ministries and other government agencies, approved by the said resolution:
The section "To the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" should be supplemented with a line, serial number 375-9-8, as follows:

3. In the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 28, 2015 No. 1095 "On approval of the list of types of activities carried out by State-owned enterprises, legal entities with more than fifty Percent of Shares (participation shares in the Authorized Capital) owned by the State, and persons affiliated with them":
