About changing the borders (boundaries) of the city of Karaganda, Karaganda region
Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 21, 2026 No. 644
In accordance with article 13 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. To agree with the joint decision of the Karaganda regional Maslikhat dated May 6, 2026 No. 392 and the resolution of the Akimat of the Karaganda region dated May 6, 2026 No. 28/01 "On changing the boundaries (lines) of the city of Karaganda and Bukhar-Zhyrau district of the Karaganda region" on changing the boundaries (lines) of the city of Karaganda of the Karaganda region by including part of the lands of Bukhara-Zhyrau district with a total area of 281 hectares within the boundaries of the city of Karaganda in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
2. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
