On the definition of the architectural and coordination center

Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 14, 2026, No. 398

In accordance with Part One of Paragraph 1 of Article 72 of the Digital Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:

     1. To designate the republican state enterprise “Digital Government Support Center” of the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which operates on the basis of economic management, as the architectural and coordination center.

     2. To revoke:

1) Resolution No. 337 of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 25, 2022, “On the Determination of the Service Integrator of the ‘Electronic Government’”;

2) Paragraph 4 of the amendments and additions to certain decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by Resolution No. 846 of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 9, 2025, “On Measures to Implement the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 18, 2025, No. 997 ‘On Measures to Further Improve the System of Public Administration’.”

3. This resolution shall come into force on July 12, 2026.
