On the alienation of strategic facilities

Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2026, No. 229

In accordance with Article 193-1 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (General Part), and Article 187 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On State Property,” the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:      1. Allow the joint‑stock company “Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport” to enter into a transaction for the alienation of strategic facilities located at the following address: the Republic of Kazakhstan, Akmola Region, Zherendinsky District, Akkol Rural District, Akkol village, Airport territory, building 1, in favour of the akimat of Akmola Region, in the form of a gift, in accordance with the appendix to this resolution.      2. This resolution shall enter into force on the date of signing.
