Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 13, 2026 No. 718

In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 242 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Subsoil and Subsoil Use", the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

     1. To approve the attached list of subsurface users for whom the project of processing solid minerals is a set of measures providing for the creation of new, expansion and (or) modernization of existing facilities for processing solid minerals.

     2. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
