On the approval of forms intended for the collection of administrative data
Order of the Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 18, 2026 No. 149. Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on June 19, 2026 No. 39016
In accordance with subparagraph 2) Paragraph 3 of Article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Statistics" I ORDER:
1. Approve the attached forms for collecting administrative data:
1) a report on subsidized priority international air routes, in accordance with Appendix 1 to this order;
2) a report on aviation fuel costs for priority international air routes, in accordance with Appendix 2 to this order.
2. The Civil Aviation Committee of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the procedure established by law, shall ensure:
1) the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) posting of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
3. Control over the execution of this order is entrusted to the supervising Vice Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
