On approval of the form of the resolution of state inspectors on the suspension of activities in the field of construction
Order of the Acting Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 5, 2026 No. 285. Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on June 8, 2026 No. 38918
In accordance with subparagraph 56) of Article 24 of the Building Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I ORDER:
1. To approve the form of the resolution of the state inspectors on the suspension of activities in the construction sector.
2. To invalidate the order of the Acting Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 25, 2024 No. 333 "On approval of the form of the Act of State inspectors on suspension of activities in the field of construction" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 35125).
3. The Committee on Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the procedure established by law, shall ensure:
1) the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) posting of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Control over the execution of this order is entrusted to the supervising Vice Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order will enter into force on July 1, 2026 and is subject to official publication.

Note:This resolution is subject to approval by the prosecutor in accordance with article 153 of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. _The present resolution may be appealed to a higher state body in accordance with the procedure provided for in Chapter 29 of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, or to a court in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.Filing a complaint does not suspend the execution of the decision on the application of rapid response measures.
