Order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 21, 2026 No. 428/NK. Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on July 23, 2026 No. 39377
In accordance with subparagraph 2) Paragraph 3 of Article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Statistics" I ORDER:
1. To approve the attached form intended for collecting administrative data "The form of reporting information on the results of the provided communication service and on the implementation of the digital solution by the subject".
2. The Telecommunications Committee of the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, shall ensure:
1) the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) posting of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
3) within ten working days after the state registration of this order, submit to the Legal Department of the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan information on the implementation of measures provided for in subparagraphs 1) and 2) of this paragraph.
3. Control over the execution of this order is entrusted to the supervising Vice Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.

Explanation of filling in the form intended for collecting administrative data "Form of reporting information on the results of the provided communication service and on the implementation of a digital solution by the subject" (USCR - 1, quarterly)
1. This explanation defines the uniform requirements for filling out the form intended for collecting administrative data "The form of reporting information on the results of the provided communication service and on the implementation of a digital solution by the subject" (hereinafter referred to as the Form).
2. Column 1 of the "Number in order" form indicates the numbering in order, and subsequent information should not interrupt the numbering in order.
3. Column 2 of the form indicates the company's name, registration address, surname, first name, patronymic (if any) (of an individual or legal entity) of the head, and contact information.
4. Column 3 of the form indicates the reporting period (beginning and end).
5.
