     25. No later than 365 (three hundred and sixty-five) calendar days from the date of receipt of the labeling code, the UOT converts it into a means of identification, ensures that it is applied to the packaging of beer or beer drink, or to keg or their capping agent, and transmits to the CA MPT information on the application of labeling codes contained in the means of identification applied to beer and beer drinks.

Marking codes that are not included in the information about the application of marking codes contained in the identification means are canceled within the timeframe specified in this paragraph of the Rules.

     26. The service for providing a marking code is paid by the UOT before the information about the application of an identification means to beer or a beer drink, which has been converted from the corresponding marking code, is entered in the CSC MPT, based on the agreement concluded with the Operator.

The service for providing a marking code is recognized as provided by the Operator at the time of registration in the CSC MPT of the information contained in the information about the application of identification means to beer and beer drinks, transferred to the CSC MPT in accordance with the requirements provided for in these Rules.

     30. When aggregating the identification codes of labeled beer and beer drinks into a transport package, the identification code of the transport package is applied to such a transport package with the aggregation of the identification codes placed in such a package. When labeling a transport package, the composition of optional information fields applied to the transport package is determined by the UOT that packs beer and beer drinks into the transport package.

Transport packaging is used to combine beer and beer drinks, as well as to consolidate other smaller transport packages into one transport package.
