Some of the fines for violations popular in Kazakhstan have actually decreased, the list of articles for which drivers should first be warned and only then fined has expanded, but a number of violations have been tightened for some traffic violations in Kazakhstan, on the contrary, has gone up in price. Article 590 introduced responsibility for driving cars with license plates equipped with devices and materials that prevent their identification or allow them to be modified or hidden.
