On Ratification of the Protocol between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on Amendments to the Protocol between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on Technical Assistance dated December 26, 2016

To ratify the Protocol between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on Amendments to the Protocol between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on Technical Assistance dated December 26, 2016, signed in Moscow on March 17, 2017.

Protocol between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on amendments to the Protocol between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on Technical Assistance dated December 26, 2016

(Entered into force on August 14, 2017 - Bulletin of International Treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan 2017, No. 5, art. 66

The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, hereinafter referred to as the Parties,

in accordance with article 4 of the Protocol between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on Technical Assistance dated December 26, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the Protocol),

have agreed on the following:

Article 1

Article 1 of the Protocol shall be worded as follows:

"1. By this Protocol, the Parties, in accordance with Article 2 of the Agreement, approve a list of activities corresponding to the road map activities for a total amount of 41,038,096 (forty-one million thirty-eight thousand ninety-six) US dollars according to the annex.

2. The list of technical assistance measures for the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the annex to this Protocol is an integral part of it.

3. The details of the technical assistance measures to the Kyrgyz Republic are approved by the Parties jointly:

- from the Kazakh side - by the authorized body for budget execution;

- from the Kyrgyz side - by the authorized body responsible for coordinating the activities of state bodies within the framework of Eurasian integration.".

Article 2

This Protocol shall enter into force on the date of receipt, through diplomatic channels, of the last written notification that the Parties have completed the internal procedures necessary for the entry into force of this Protocol.

This Protocol shall terminate upon the fulfillment of all obligations of the Parties provided for in this Protocol.

Done in Moscow on March 17, 2017, in two original copies, each in the Kazakh, Kyrgyz and Russian languages, all texts being equally authentic.

In case of disagreement in the interpretation of this Protocol, the Parties will refer to the text in Russian.
