To ratify the Protocol on the Accession of the Republic of Armenia to the Agreement on the Introduction of Uniform Forms of Vehicle Passports (Vehicle Chassis Passports) and Passports of Self-propelled Vehicles and Other Types of Equipment and the Organization of Electronic passport Systems dated August 15, 2014, signed in Moscow on June 23, 2018.

PROTOCOL on the Accession of the Republic of Armenia to the Agreement on the Introduction of Uniform Forms for Vehicle Passports (vehicle Chassis Passports) and self-propelled Vehicle Passports and Other Types of Equipment and the Organization of electronic passport Systems dated August 15, 2014

Member States of the Eurasian Economic Union represented by their Governments,

Guided by the provisions of the fourth paragraph of Article 1 of the Treaty on the Accession of the Republic of Armenia to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union dated May 29, 2014, signed on October 10, 2014.,

have agreed on the following:

Article 1

By this Protocol, the Republic of Armenia joins the Agreement on the Introduction of Uniform Forms of vehicle Passports (vehicle chassis passports) and passports of self-propelled Vehicles and Other Types of Equipment and the Organization of Electronic Passport Systems dated August 15, 2014.

Article 2

This Protocol shall enter into force from the date of receipt by the depositary through diplomatic channels of the last written notification on the implementation by the member States of the Eurasian Economic Union of the internal procedures necessary for the entry into force of this Protocol, but not earlier than the date of entry into force of the Agreement on the Introduction of Uniform Forms of vehicle Passport (vehicle chassis passport) and self-propelled vehicle passport and other types of equipment and organization of electronic passport systems dated August 15, 2014.

Done in Moscow on June 23, 2015, in one original copy in the Russian language.

The original copy of this Protocol shall be kept in the Eurasian Economic Commission, which, as the depositary of this Protocol, will send a certified copy to each member State of the Eurasian Economic Union.
