PROTOCOL on the extension of the Agreement on the implementation in 2015-2016 of a pilot project on the introduction of labeling of goods with control (identification) marks for the heading "Garments, clothing accessories and other products made of natural fur" dated September 8, 2015
The member States of the Eurasian Economic Union (hereinafter referred to as the member States) in order to continue cooperation within the framework of the Agreement on the implementation in 2015-2016 of a pilot project on the introduction of labeling of goods with control (identification) marks under the heading "Garments, clothing accessories and other products made of natural fur" dated September 8, 2015 The Years have agreed on the following:
Article 1
To extend the Agreement on the implementation in 2015-2016 of a pilot project on the introduction of labeling of goods with control (identification) marks for the heading "Garments, clothing accessories and other products made of natural fur" dated September 8, 2015 from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2018.
Article 2
This Protocol shall be applied temporarily from January 1, 2017 and shall enter into force after 10 calendar days from the date of receipt by the depositary, through diplomatic channels, of the last written notification on the implementation by the Member States of the internal procedures necessary for the entry into force of this Protocol.
For a Member State whose legislation does not provide for the possibility of temporary application of international treaties, this Protocol shall apply from the date on which such Member State completes the internal procedures necessary for the entry into force of this Protocol.
Done in Moscow on November 23, 2016, in one original copy in the Russian language.
The original copy of this Protocol shall be kept in the Eurasian Economic Commission, which, as the depositary of this Protocol, will send a certified copy to each Member State.
