      Republic of Azerbaijan, Republic of Armenia, Georgia, Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Republic Of Moldova, Russian Federation, Republic of Tajikistan, Republic of Uzbekistan, Ukraine April 2000; Republic of Tajikistan - deposited on May 30, 2000;        Kyrgyz Republic-deposited on August 25, 2000; Republic of Kazakhstan - deposited on November 14, 2000; Republic of Armenia - deposited on December 27, 2000; Republic Of Moldova - deposited on January 4, 2002.        The agreement was signed on April 13, 2000 for the state: Russian Federation - April 13, 2000; Azerbaijani Republic - April 13, 2000; Ukraine - April 13, 2000;        Republic of Tajikistan-May 30, 2000; Kyrgyz Republic-August 25, 2000;  

      Republic of Kazakhstan-November 14, 2000;  

     Republic of Armenia-December 27, 2000; Republic Of Moldova - January 4, 2002.        The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan-participants of the current agreement, which are in further talks,  

     taking into account the introduction of agreements on the creation of Free Trade Zones from April 15, 1994, the protocol on introduction of amendments and additions to the agreement from April 2, 1999 and the agreement on free trade zones from October 18, 2011,

      Ishod from public international standards and rules of national legislation,  

      in the development of fixed laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan-participants of the meeting of the head of state of the Republic of Kazakhstan on February 10, 1995,  

      stress for further expansion of mutual trade - economic relations,  

     the need to ensure effective functioning of the regime of free trade, according to the bottom:

  Article 1  

     According to the current legislation, the terms used in the main legislative acts of non-governmental organizations, adopted by the head of state on February 10, 1995.  

  Article 2

  Article 3  

     1.the current agreement is made with the state participants on the creation of the free trade zones from April 15, 1994, the protocol on amendments and additions to the agreement from April 2, 1999 or the agreement on free trade zones from October 18 2011 Year.

      2.the current agreement is applied in the regard of goods, passing through the territory of the CIS states-participants and landowners under the customs regime for a free image.  

      3. no comparison is made with the products:  

      specific products of Georgia, products of war food and products of two orders;  

      subject to excise taxes on the territory of the CIS member states.  

     There are cases of excess goods, which are subject to excise taxes.

  Article 4  

     The stories are based on the improvement of fixed operations in terms of products, approved in 2 points of 3 current agreements, included in the fixed territories of state participants of the CIS.

  Article 5  

     About improving the quality of operations in terms of products will be included in the application:  

      unified forms Georgian food declarations;  

      unified forms of Customs Declaration;  

      the unified law was adopted to improve the quality of goods and transport services.  

     An important aspect of improving the quality of goods is the introduction of documents on improving the quality of services and control.

  Article 6  

     According to the need for bilateral international agreements, two international agreements will be created at the points of State (fixed) borders to ensure joint control and improvement of fixed operations.

  Article 7  

     According to the national legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the production of goods is regulated by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.  

  Article 8  

     The transfer of goods to the full territory of the Ministry of foreign affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan is carried out in accordance with the national laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the full control.    

  Article 9  

     After the arrival of goods in the places of improvement of food operations, determined by food organs, in the region the activity of products received, they are distributed in other places under the Food Control, determined by food organs.

  Article 10  

     In order to ensure the availability of Sweden, which is applied in the full declaration, the full body must provide additional documents and documents, which are necessary for the full control.  

      The measures are aimed at maximum improvement of these documents and Sweden, as well as optimization of their provision.  

  Article 11  

     The current agreement does not apply to other international agreements, the participants of which are located in the storefronts.  

  Article 12  

     The current agreement is built on the basis of the date of receipt of the third Deposit Agreement on the issuance of internal procedures, which are necessary for the entry into the current agreement. For example, there are internal procedures that are included in the list of documents related to the depository.  

  Article 13  

     On mutual understanding, the current agreement can be made with changes and additions, which are separate documents.  

  Article 14  

     The current agreement will take place in 5 years from the date of its insertion in the silhouette. According to the establishment of this agreement, automatic measures are carried out every year for the next 5-year period, if there are no new decisions.

  Article 15  

     Sports issues related to discussion and consideration of current issues are resolved through consultations and negotiations. At the cost of resolving sports issues on the way to the negotiations, the parties are represented in Economic water for the settlement of non-existent States or foreign international arbitration water.  

  Article 16  

     The current agreement is to open for other states, which define its goals and principles, with the agreement of all parties on the passage of depository documents on such agreements. Consideration is given in the form of 30 days by the date of receipt of the depositary's last settlement of the agreement on such consideration.  

      It was established in Yalta City on October 8, 1999 in one sublinical example in Russian language. A careful example will be discussed in the Executive Committee of Non-Governmental Organizations, which will be directed to each state, including its own copy.
