This Law defines the volume of transfers of a general nature between the republican and regional budgets, the budgets of the city of republican significance, the capital in absolute terms for the three-year period 2014-2016, broken down by year. Article 1. The volume of budget withdrawals transferred from regional budgets and budgets of the city of republican significance, the capital to the republican budget 1. To establish budget withdrawals from regional budgets and the budget of the city of republican significance to the republican budget for 2014 in the amount of 132,020,646 thousand tenge, including: Atyrau region – 51,211,260 thousand tenge; Mangystau region – 10,079,859 thousand tenge; Almaty city – 70,729,527 thousand tenge. 2. To establish budget withdrawals from regional budgets and budgets of the city of republican significance, the capital in the republican budget for 2015 in the amount of 168 538 087 thousand tenge, including: Atyrau region – 60 683 258 thousand tenge; Mangystau region – 16 725 915 thousand tenge; Almaty city – 83,656,400 thousand tenge; Astana city – 7,472,514 thousand tenge. 3. To establish budget withdrawals from regional budgets and budgets of the city of republican significance, the capital in the republican budget for 2016 in the amount of 213,852,809 thousand tenge, including: Atyrau region – 73,202,568 thousand tenge; Mangystau region – 25,712,825 thousand tenge; Almaty city – 97,684,008 thousand tenge; Astana city – 17,253,408 thousand tenge. Article 2. The volume of budget subventions transferred from the republican budget to regional budgets, the budget of the capital 1. To establish budget subventions transferred from the republican budget to regional budgets, the budget of the capital, for 2014 in the amount of 978,095,805 thousand tenge, including: Akmola region – 64,076,449 thousand tenge; Aktobe region – 29,375,815 thousand tenge; Almaty region – 121,290,353 thousand tenge; East Kazakhstan region – 93,509,287 thousand tenge; Zhambyl region – 95,698,341 thousand tenge; West Kazakhstan region – 36,321,405 thousand tenge; Karaganda region – 50,464,021 thousand tenge; Kyzylorda region – 83,978,668 thousand tenge; Kostanay region – 63,071,219 thousand tenge; Pavlodar region – 21,509,170 thousand tenge; North Kazakhstan – 59,913,017 thousand tenge; South Kazakhstan – 254,747,394 thousand tenge; Astana city – 4,140,666 thousand tenge. 2. To establish budget subventions transferred from the republican budget to regional budgets for 2015 in the amount of 904 371 171 thousand tenge, including: Akmola region – 59 210 424 thousand tenge; Aktobe region – 19,926,241 thousand tenge; Almaty region – 102,811,145 thousand tenge; East Kazakhstan region – 86 527 329 thousand tenge; Zhambyl region – 95 371 591 thousand tenge; West Kazakhstan region - 36,203,569 thousand tenge; Karaganda region – 33,833,329 thousand tenge; Kyzylorda region – 83 180 589 thousand tenge; Kostanay region – 58 910 235 thousand tenge; Pavlodar – 14 477 485 thousand tenge; North Kazakhstan – 58,719,253 thousand tenge; South Kazakhstan – 255,199,981 thousand tenge. 3. To establish budget subventions transferred from the republican budget to regional budgets for 2016 in the amount of 836,882,948 thousand tenge, including: Akmola region – 52,707,119 thousand tenge; Aktobe region – 8,621,042 thousand tenge; Almaty region – 91,087,781 thousand tenge; East Kazakhstan region – 80,124,382 thousand tenge; Zhambyl region – 94,008,044 thousand tenge; West Kazakhstan region – 37,001,397 thousand tenge; Karaganda region – 16,132,736 thousand tenge; Kyzylorda region – 80,719,104 thousand tenge; Kostanay region – 55,912,375 thousand tenge; Pavlodar region – 7,278,411 thousand tenge; North Kazakhstan – 57,470,936 thousand tenge; South Kazakhstan – 255,819,621 thousand tenge. Article 3. The amount of expenditures provided for in local budgets To take into account the minimum amounts of budget funds in local budget expenditures in the areas specified in appendices 1-4 to this Law. Take into account that when determining the volume of general transfers, the local budget expenditure base additionally includes measures in accordance with appendices 5-44 to this Law. To establish that the amounts of expenditures taken into account when calculating transfers of a general nature should be provided for in the relevant local budgets in amounts not lower than those set out in Annexes 5-44 to this Law. Article 4. Procedure for the enactment of this Law This Law shall enter into force on January 1, 2014 and shall be valid until December 31, 2016.
