1. Violation of the procedure for admission to aircraft operations or the rules for the preparation and execution of flights, with the exception of the cases provided for in parts two, three, four, five, six, seven and eight of this article, if these actions negligently caused minor harm to the health of the victim., –

entails a fine for individuals in the amount of thirty monthly calculation indices with deprivation of the right to operate an aircraft (air traffic services, aircraft maintenance) for a period of six months, for officials – in the amount of thirty, for legal entities – in the amount of fifty monthly calculation indices.

2. Take-off on an aircraft in the presence of malfunctions that are prohibited from starting a flight without the permission of an authorized organization in the field of civil aviation, or in violation of passenger capacity (cargo capacity) or restrictions on flight weight or aircraft alignment. -

entails a fine on the aircraft commander in the amount of forty monthly calculation indices or deprivation of the right to operate an aircraft for a period of one year.

3. Control of an aircraft by a person who does not have the right to control it, –

entails a fine in the amount of forty monthly calculation indices.

4. Control of an aircraft that has not passed state registration or does not have state and registration identification marks, or is not registered with an authorized organization in the field of civil aviation, or has knowingly forged state and registration identification marks, –

entails a fine on the aircraft commander in the amount of forty monthly calculation indices or deprivation of the right to operate an aircraft for a period of one year.

5. Control of an aircraft that lacks ship and flight documentation provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, or control of an aircraft by a flight crew member who does not have documents with him for the right to operate this type of aircraft., –

entails a fine in the amount of forty monthly calculation indices.

6. Admission to flight of an aircraft that has not passed state registration or which does not have state and registration identification marks, or which is not registered with an authorized organization in the field of civil aviation, or which has knowingly forged state and registration identification marks, or which lacks ship and flight documentation provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, or which does not have a flight or cabin crew, or which has malfunctions, with which its operation is prohibited without a permit issued by an authorized organization in the field of civil aviation, or on which the standards of passenger capacity (cargo capacity) or restrictions on flight weight or alignment of the aircraft are violated, as well as access to maintenance or maintenance of the aircraft by a person who is not authorized or intoxicated, –

7. The performance of flights by aircraft without search and rescue equipment provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan., –

entails a fine for individuals and officials in the amount of forty, for legal entities – in the amount of one hundred monthly calculation indices.

8. Damage or loss of the certificate of aviation personnel –

entails a fine on individuals in the amount of twenty monthly calculation indices.
