1. Kazakhstan Republikasyn konessiyalar turaly zannamasy Constitutionyaga negizdeledi zhane Kazakhstan Republikasyn Azamattyk codexinen, "Memlekettik-zhekeshelik alptestyk turaly" Kazakhstan Republikasyn Zany, osy Zannan zhane Kazakhstan Republikasyn ozge de normativtik kukyktyk aktilerinen turady.
Osy Zannyn erezeleri zher koynauyn paydalanu zhondegi operationpardy zhurgizuge baylanysty katynastarga koldanylmaydy. Zher koynauyn paydalanu zhonindegi operationsards zhurgizuge baylanysty katynastar "Zher koynauy zhane zher koynauyn paydalanu turaly" Kazakhstan Republikasyn Codexine saykes retteledi zhane zhuzege asyrylady.
Zhobalyk karzhylandyru koldanylatyn concession of osy Zanga saykes zhane "Zhobalyk karzhylandyru zhane securitilendiru turaly" Kazakhstan Republikasyn Zynda kozdelgen talaptar aktala otyryp retteledi zhane zhuzege asyrylady.
Densaulyk aktau salasyndagi concession "Halyk densaulygy zhane densaulyk aktau zhuyesi turaly" Kazakhstan Republikasyn Codexinde kozdelgen erekshelikter eskerile otyryp, osy Zanga saykes retteledi zhane zhuzege asyrylady.
2. Yeager Kazakhstan Republicas ratificationalagan halykaralyk shartta osy Zandagydan ozgeshe eregeler belgilense, onda halykaralyk sharttyn eregeler koldanylady.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 7, 2006 No. 167.
This Law defines the legal conditions of the concession, the types of state support for the concessionaire, and regulates public relations arising in the process of concluding, executing, and terminating concession agreements.
