2. Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products of the Law on State Regulation of production and turnover of Ethyl Alcohol and Alcoholic Products  

     1. The legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on state regulation of the production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products consists of this Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     2. The objectives of regulation in the field of state regulation of the production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products are state regulation and control of the activities of entities involved in the production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products.

     3. International treaties ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan have priority over this Law. The procedure and conditions of operation in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of international treaties to which the Republic of Kazakhstan is a party are determined by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 16, 1999 No. 429.

      This Law regulates relations arising in the process of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products, state regulation and implementation of activities of subjects of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products.
