     1. Republic of the President, Prime Minister, kyzmetke tagayndauga Parliament, Majilis, kelisimin, sonday-ak Republikin Constitutionalyk Soty Turagasyn, Ulttyk Banki Turagasyn, Zhogary Sot Kenesinin Turagasyn, Bas Prosecutor zhane Ulttyk kazipsizdik komiteinin Turagasyn kyzmetke tagayindauga Senattyn kelisimin alu ushin, Senattyn Republic of Zhogargy Sotynin Turagasyn, sudyalaryn zhane Kazakhstan Republikasyn Adam kukyktary zhonindegi uakildi kyzmetke sailauy zhane kyzmetten bosatuy ushin Parliament Palatalaryna tiisti jazbasha usynular engizedi, solardyn negizinde tiisti maseleni Parliamentti tiisti Palatasyn tayudagy otyrysyn kun tartibine engizu turaly sheshim kabyldanady.

     2. The Prime Ministerdi tagayndauga Parliament Majilis kelisimi Chamber of otyrysynda beryledi.

   2-1.the consent of the Senate to appoint the chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic, the chairman of the National Bank, the chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council, the prosecutor general and the chairman of the National Security Committee by the president of the Republic is of a preliminary or subsequent nature and is granted at a meeting of the chamber.

     6. Yager deputattar usynilgan candidacy of boyynsh zharissoz ashuda talap etpese, zharissoz ashylmauy mumkin.

     7. Egerparliamentin tiisti Palatasi President usyngan candidatular boyynsha kyzmetke tagayindauga kelisim beru turaly, kyzmetke sailau turaly sheshimder kabyldamagan zhagdaida, President tiist Palataga nak osy adamdarga nemese zhana candidatural zhazbasha usynular engizedi .

     8. Jaeger of the Senate Zhogargy Sot Turagasyn, Judge of the Senate zhane Kazakhstan Republikasyndagy Adam kukyktary zhonindegi uakildi kyzmetten bosatu turaly sheshim kabyldamagan zhagdaida, President of the Senate osy masele boyynsha kayta usynu engizuge hakily.
