on the initiation of a criminal case against private prosecution
On 07/20/2018, from 6.40 p.m. to 7.10 p.m. in the city of Zhitikara, Kostanay region, in the courtyard of house No. 9 in the 11th microdistrict, my former father-in-law, H.T.M., used obscene language in the presence of witnesses, thereby humiliating my honor and dignity in an indecent manner. As a result of the actions of citizen H.T.M. I found myself in an extremely awkward position in front of the people around me, I suffered moral harm, which resulted in discomfort, I suffered moral suffering, humiliation, and a sense of shame in front of citizens and police officers who saw and heard all this. Thus, H.T.M. committed a criminal offense under Article 131, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, that is, humiliation of the honor and dignity of another person, expressed in an indecent manner.

At the same time, i.e. on 07/20/2018, between 7 p.m. and 7 p.m. in the city of Zhitikara, Kostanay region, in the courtyard of house No. 9 in the 11th microdistrict, my former father-in-law H.T.M., in the presence of witnesses, spread deliberately false information about me that I have help, and I need a psychiatric examination, he called me a "thief", thereby discrediting my honor and dignity. As a result of the actions of citizen H.T.M. I found myself in an extremely awkward position in front of the people around me, I suffered moral harm, which resulted in discomfort, I suffered moral suffering, humiliation, and a sense of shame in front of citizens and police officers who saw and heard all this.
Thus, H.T.M. committed a criminal offense under Article 130 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, that is, the dissemination of deliberately false information discrediting the honor and dignity of another person or undermining his reputation. The above facts are confirmed by audio-video recordings that I made on my cell phone. Based on the above, I ask the court to: - take the complaint into its own proceedings, initiate a criminal case of private prosecution against H.T.M., who does not work and lives at the address: g. Zhitikara, ...., under art. 131 part 1, art. 130 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan; - to interrogate as witnesses: M.S.A., address: g. Zhitikara, 4-19-14; Kuzembaev R.T. – police officer of the Department of Internal Affairs of g. Zhitikar and district; S.G.A., police officer of the Department of Internal Affairs of g. Zhitikar and district; - to consider a civil claim to recover from Kh.T.M. in my favor the amount of moral damage caused by criminal an offense.
