The reason for our appeal to you is the blatant injustice in the field of criminal offenses against persons and property. As prescribed in the charter of the NGO Vishnevy Sad, the chairman does not have the right to turn off electricity to individuals. However, the defendant, ignoring his charter, turned off and is turning off the electricity to Ch.A.B. We believe that the actions of M.E.A. and electrics contradict the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
