The petition
on securing claims
On 21.11.2018, I, N.Z.H. filed a lawsuit against IP ".." in the person of B.D.T. for damages. However, the defendant evades even partial compensation for damages, hides from me, and does not want to negotiate. I believe that in the future the defendant will also impede the execution of the court's decision by evading the bailiff and hiding property income. Based on the above, in accordance with Articles 158, 159 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I request: As security for my claims, to seize the property belonging to the defendant IP "..." in the person of Director B.D.T., located with him or other persons, as well as funds held in bank accounts within the stated amount of the claim.
