about financial and credit examination appointments
There is an appeal in your proceedings __________________, according to the claim of JSC "__________________" to __________________, on which there are many contradictions according to the arguments given in the Appeal, as of today, all our letters sent to the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan have not received a final response in which the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan unsubscribes from the audit and provides additional responses, as indicated in the appendices of the letter.
In connection with the issues that arise during the consideration of the case that require special knowledge, I ask the court to appoint a Financial and credit examination in order to answer the questions:
Does the repayment schedule comply with the terms of the bank loan agreement and the annuity formula?
What interest rate is actually applied to calculate the repayment schedule
Did the bank have the right to unilaterally change the remuneration rate unilaterally?
Has the bank accrued excessive remuneration?
Does the debt in the amount of 130,195,431.48 tenge presented by the bank correspond to the actual debt?
What formula did the Bank use when drawing up the repayment schedule and interest accrual?
Are there hidden interest rates in the repayment schedule?
Is there any misuse of the bank loan by the bank itself?
