In, your case is civil case No. 7514-21-00-2/4886 on the claim of N.N., N.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Plaintiffs) to M.T.E. (hereinafter referred to as the Defendant), N.A. on the restoration of the inheritance acceptance period and recognition as having accepted the inheritance. Dear Court, to date, we have not had time to familiarize ourselves with the materials of the civil case, and we have also filed a petition with the court to familiarize ourselves with the materials of the civil case, and therefore we ask that the trial be postponed.
