Statement

On October 17, 2020, I saw an advertisement on the social network Instagram, where they sell cell phones at a bargain price. I followed the advertising link to the New York Store telegram group. On November 11, 2020, a 50% promotion was held in this telegram group. I decided to buy an apple iphone 12 pro 128 gb phone, which cost 140,000 (one hundred and forty thousand) tenge. After writing to the group manager, I found out that the product is in cash and will be delivered in one day. Next, the manager of the New York Store group sent a photo of the caspi gold card to the citizen A.R. T. having said that it is necessary to transfer the entire amount (one hundred forty thousand tenge). After transferring the money, the manager stopped responding to my messages and deleted all our correspondence (there are receipts for the transfer). The order was not fulfilled and no exculpatory documents were provided. The New York Store groups are currently continuing their activities. We kindly ask for your help, as scammers of this kind must understand that there are laws, there is justice, and accordingly we ask you to consider this application to establish evidence of a crime in the actions of the New York Store group, as well as to criminalize the seller A.R.T.

By sending this letter to you, we want to convey the assumption that the seller's actions are aimed at seizing funds by deception and abuse of trust, which contradicts Article 190 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where fraud, that is, theft of someone else's property or acquisition of the right to someone else's property by deception or abuse of trust. I am aware of the criminal liability for knowingly false denunciation under article 419 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Based on the above and in accordance with Articles 190, 187 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan,

ask you:

To bring to criminal responsibility P.A.R.T. on the fact of fraud;

To respond to the application within the prescribed time limits.
