Statement
As a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, by virtue of my citizenship, I have the right to engage in any type of legally permitted business activity and, accordingly, I bear responsibilities. Since 2000, as an Individual entrepreneur, I have been providing Beauty Salon services to the population of Almaty. Our company employs from 5 to 10 employees providing various types of services, such as manicures, pedicures, haircuts, etc., where all social benefits are paid for each employee, as well as all necessary tax deductions. Up to 20... There have been no complaints or complaints about our company for a year. Unfortunately, there are enough unscrupulous people in life today. In my case, it's my neighbor, sir...........and Natalia lives at the address: Almaty, Auezovsky district, microdistrict 8, d.....9, sq.m.... For 3 years, I have been suffering material losses due to her fault. All the time, I postponed the moment of filing a Complaint, hoping that she would hear our displeasure in her behavior, which leaves much to be desired. We have repeatedly contacted the police regarding our neighbor's relationship, where we demanded to be held accountable because a citizen with........... A.N., living on the floor above the "Beauty Salon", stacked her personal household items without my permission: pots of flowers, solar panels, rags, an old carpet, underwear, etc., on the roof of the entrance part of the "Beauty Salon", thereby arbitrarily walked and still walks on the roof, which contradicts art. 146, the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which stipulates that a citizen has the right to inviolability of his home, that is, the right to prevent any attempts to invade his home against his will.
The worst is with............ A.N., allows himself to throw out slop with some food waste from the floor above on visitors and also on the staff of the beauty salon, which contradicts paragraph 1, art. 434 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which stipulates that minor hooliganism, that is, desecration of residential premises and other similar actions expressing disrespect for others, violating public order and the peace of individuals - entails a fine in the amount of five monthly calculation indices or administrative arrest for up to ten days. Also, for reasons we don't understand, the bathroom is heated, after which the water floods the beauty salon. Over the past three years, we have been repairing the roof every year due to the fact that.............. A.N., walks on the roof, however, according to the SNiP RK, the roof materials are not designed for human weight, after which, accordingly, the roof cracks and it becomes unusable. Due to these problems, it was decided to cover the roof with a zinc coating to protect against corrosion (galvanizing) and make a canopy (polycarbonate) all our decisions were coordinated with Salamatina N. Subsequently, the citizen With........a.N., strongly hinders the reconstruction of the premises, complaining to the akimat and the SES. Over the past three years, my damage has amounted to 1,000,000 tenge, which I took out a loan for all repairs and am still paying for.
The roof covering was additionally covered with artificial turf, as with.............. A.N., demanded a silent coating. Specialists in the construction industry have done everything according to her requirements. But even now she doesn't like it all, referring to the fact that she feels the stink. Subsequently, it requires you to remove everything that has been covered. What can not be done, given her inappropriate actions towards visitors. Moreover, she writes to me every time via WhatsApp messenger with threats and complaints. The neighbors of our entrance do not support her because the relations with the neighbors are critical, not only with me. But unfortunately, my repeated appeals to the police were unsuccessful and the police did not take appropriate measures or preventive, explanatory conversations.
Paragraph 1, Article 204 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan provides that the destruction or damage of someone else's property, committed negligently, causing major damage, is punishable by a fine of up to eighty monthly calculation indices or correctional labor in the same amount, or community service for up to eighty hours, or arrest for up to twenty days.. Based on the above in accordance with Article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the procedure for considering appeals from individuals and legal entities", I ask you:
Conduct a preventive explanatory conversation with a citizen With........... Y. N., on the subject of her illegal actions contrary to the law;
