About the formation of the "Yesil" district in Astana, the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 5, 2008 No. 637

It is subject to publication in the Collection of Acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republican press

     In accordance with Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 21, 2007 "On the status of the Capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan", I HEREBY DECREE:

     1. To form an administrative-territorial unit - the "Yesil" district in Astana, the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     2. To establish the administrative boundaries of the Yesil district with the inclusion of part of the lands of the Almaty and Saryarka districts of Astana, the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with a total area of 31.2 thousand hectares.

     3. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall take other measures arising from this Decree. P081101

     4. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
