About the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 12, 2006 No. 1

     In connection with the resignation of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 70 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Article 4 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" upon assuming office of the newly elected President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I HEREBY DECREE:

     1. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall perform its duties until the approval of the new composition of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     2. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
