About the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 29, 2023 No. 158

 In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 70 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with Article 4 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan", in connection with the resignation of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the newly elected Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I DECREE:

     1. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall perform its duties until the approval of the new composition of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     2. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
