About the heads of state bodies directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 8, 2011 No. 2

 In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 17-1 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan", in connection with the termination of the powers of heads of state bodies directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan upon the assumption of office of the newly elected President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I DECREE:      

1. Heads of state bodies directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall perform their duties until the appointment of appropriate heads.      

2. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
