About the jubilee medal in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the beginning of the development of virgin and fallow lands

In order to encourage citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and foreign citizens who have made a significant contribution to the development of virgin and fallow lands and the development of agriculture in the republic, as well as to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the beginning of the development of virgin and fallow lands, I decree:
1. To establish the jubilee medal "Tynga 50 zhyl".
2. Approve the attached documents:
1) regulations on the jubilee medal "Tynga 50 zhyl";
2) description of the jubilee medal "Tynga 50 zhyl".
3. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of publication.

The provisions of the jubilee medal "Tynga 50 zhyl"
1. The Jubilee Medal "Tynga 50 zhyl" (hereinafter referred to as the jubilee medal) is awarded to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and foreign citizens who have made a significant contribution to the development of virgin and fallow lands and the development of agriculture in the republic, as well as those who were previously awarded the medal for the development of virgin and fallow lands.
2. Submissions for awarding the jubilee medal are submitted to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Parliament, the Government, ministries, other central government bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, akims of regions, Astana and Almaty cities, as well as public organizations.
3. The jubilee medal is awarded by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The jubilee medal may also be awarded on behalf of and on behalf of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.:
1) The Secretary of State of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) members of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) akims of regions, Astana and Almaty cities, as well as other officials authorized to do so by the Head of State.
4. The presentation of the jubilee medal is carried out in a solemn atmosphere and publicly. It is presented to the recipient personally. Before the presentation, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on awarding is announced.
5. A protocol of the prescribed form is drawn up on the presentation of the jubilee medal. It is affixed with the signature of the person who presented the medal and the seal of the awarding authority, and is sent to the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
6. The jubilee medal "Tynga 50 zhyl" is worn on the left side of the chest. If there are state awards of the Republic of Kazakhstan, it is placed after them.
7. Each recipient is given a corresponding certificate simultaneously with the presentation of the jubilee medal.
8. Accounting of awards made, as well as reporting on the awarding of commemorative medals, are conducted by the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Description of the jubilee medal "Tynga 50 zhyl"
The jubilee medal "Tynga 50 zhyl" is made of brass and has the shape of a circle with a diameter of 34 mm. The obverse of the medal depicts combine harvesters harvesting crops against the background of the rising sun and the cornfields, with ears of wheat around the circumference to the right and left.
The reverse of the medal has an inscription in the state and Russian languages in the center.:
"Kazakhstan Republicasy "Tynga 50 zhyl"
The Republic of Kazakhstan "50 years of virgin land".
In the lower part of the medal, laurel branches are located around the circumference.
All the images and inscriptions on the medal are embossed and golden in color. The edges of the medal are bordered by a rim.
The medal is connected by means of an eyelet and a ring to a pentagonal pad with a width of 34 mm and a height of 50 mm, covered with a moire ribbon in the color of the National Flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan. There are two yellow and green stripes along the edges of the ribbon.
