About the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 6, 1995 N 2600.
In order to improve financial, logistical, and social support for the activities of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other government officials, I hereby decree:
1. To abolish the Economic Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. To establish the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the transfer of powers to manage property and Business administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Establish that:
1) The Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan is a state body directly subordinate to and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) The Business Manager of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan is appointed and dismissed by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. To the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan within one month:
1) to liquidate the Medical and Health Association under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the transfer of powers for the management of property and affairs to the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan; P951724
2) to make a decision on endowing the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the functions of a subject of state property rights and a subject of management of republican state-owned enterprises and other organizations operating on the state budget, as well as on transferring to it a state block of shares in joint-stock companies according to the List in accordance with the appendix.
7. To invalidate the Orders of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 10, 1994, No. 1884 "On Economic Management under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and March 1, 1995, No. 2063 "On Approval of the Regulations on Economic Management under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
