On the basis of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 10, 1993 "On the temporary delegation of additional powers to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and heads of local administrations" and in order to streamline the organization of work and state regulation of the legal and financial and economic conditions for attracting foreign loans provided to the Republic of Kazakhstan,

performance:    

To authorize First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kazegeldin Akezhan Magzhanovich and Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Derbisov.to sign on behalf of the Republic of Kazakhstan the external financing and loans provided to the Republic of Kazakhstan or under guarantees of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
